My bathroom faucet was leaking. Although he fixed the leak by replacing the hot and cold stems, he overcharges for his services. He charged $325 which included $150 in parts. Unfortunately, I hired him before I heard from a handyman the following day who told me the total cost would be $85 which included $10 for the parts. The handyman diagnosed the same problem. Lesson learned.

I am not reviewer but for this guy and for his service , I set up account and writing it now.

There is reason why he consistently keep getting 5 star

1. Go Extra mile to explain you every step of the way (example of that would be he walked me through for almost 40 minutes over the phone to fix my current Water heater - that is without even I stating that I want to get his service.

2. Exceptionally Outstanding Customer Service ( When things didn't work out - I requested him if he can swing by next day as I have aged parents in house and have been without hot water for past 3 days. He showed up next day at 8:00 PM even though he had long working day)

3. Honest / Fair / Hardworking (Price was fair, didn't take shortcut to speed up his work to install and run away and called within 2 days to check if everything is working as expected)

This type of service and people are becoming rare now a days - everyone want to make money

Give them chance and you wont be disappointed.

There aren't enough stars for how pleased I am with Rescue Plumbing at 1137 Webster.  This is the second time using them and from start to finish they are so pleasant and so helpful.  Dex Murati showed up on time ( even came early for me),  assessed the situation and took all my worries away. He knows plumbing.  Said he has been doing this for 26 years.  Knows his stuff.  I can't say enough good things,  honestly.  The company and certainly Dex are without question the Best of the Best! Ask for Dex.  I promise you will thank me.  What a find! :-)

I LOVE these guys- I just bought a home- first flush...and water on the floor.  30 minutes later- they are at my door, and the tech took time to explain the issue and solution.  Professional, quick, clean and pleasant... way above any expectations I could have.  I will definitely call them before anyone else in any plumbing emergency!!!  So glad I found a new plumber to go with my new home!!!! Finding a great plumber is as difficult - so glad I found a hidden gem!

Chicago Sewer and Drain Professionals were amazing! I contacted them via Yelp late at night about a leaking sink. They responded within hours and arranged to come by the next day. When they came they were able to figure out my leaking sink in just a couple of minutes, had the supplies to fix it on hand, and offered to look at another slow draining sink in my bathroom while they waited to make sure the fixed sink was no longer leaking. They also gave me so many great tips on how to handle clogged sinks in the future. I can't recommend them enough! I will definitely call them the next time I need plumbing help.

Windy City Plumbing is the only company I use. Jose and his crew have done nothing but go above and beyond for me. I've had them rod out my sewer line several times, they always come the day I call, their prices are beyond reasonable, and the crew is nothing but respectful and polite. I recommend them to all of my neighbors and friends in the area.

I had to add this. A coworker and I were talking about who we use for work around our homes and got into an argument over who the best plumbers were. Turns out we both use Windy City. There's no one better around. They're reliable and go out of their way to follow up and make sure you get the best service.

Amazing experience and team. Eugene and team were prompt, dealt with me over something like 30 emails, and were super knowledgeable. Took the time to explain when they hit a hiccup and how much extra it would be, and took the time to try to find a replacement versus installing a brand new faucet. They did my faucet and a whole house filter and were very reasonably priced and brought 3 people to get it done quickly!

Very impressed with the high level of professionalism and the end product. Both Kevin and Moe were willing to work during the middle of the night to get the job done. Kevin also maintained an open line of communication with the flooring guy who also was sharing the work on the project. The cliché that its hard to find good help is notwithstanding with Sound Plumbing - my staff & I are delighted with the high quality and craftsmanship.

My kitchen sink was clogged and disposal was broken, and J Sewer came and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. I highly recommend using!

I recently had a few plumbing issues that that required immediate help.  After calling a few plumbers, Green Tech stood out from the rest.  Not only were they the most reasonably priced, but they seemed to be very attentive to my issues.  In fact, I had to fix my kitchen faucet and bathroom faucet and in both cases, Eric from Green Tech recommended that I call the manufacturer first to see if they could cover the cost of a new faucet.  I appreciated his advice and patience as it turned out in both cases he was right.  He gladly waited and came back at no extra charge.  Eric also gave me some good advice on other drainage issues I am having.  Eric was very professional and pleasant.  Very happy with their work.  Highly recommend Eric and Green Tech for any plumbing needs.

Although they did not do any work for me, they were very responsive and professional.  I will keep this company in mind for our future plumbing needs.

I had such a wonderful experience working with Darrell. He was very flexible in scheduling our appointment around our schedule. He arrived promptly and wore a mask. He efficiently diagnosed the electrical issues we were facing and explained the issues and the fix very thoroughly and clearly!

He was also able to resolve the issue on the spot! He offered great recommendations for other items we could do around the house to be more energy efficient in the future. We will definitely be calling Darrell again for future work and highly recommend him!

ABV was great. They were assigned to my home warranty case for two leaky shower faucets. A previous plumber was afraid to even touch the faucets because the handles would not come off easily. ABV took on the challenge and both faucets are fixed. There was a 3rd faucet that would not get hot but was not covered under the home warranty they fixed that as well while they were here for a very small fee. If I ever need a plumber again I will tell my home warranty I want them to send these guys.

We had a pipe leaking for days in a very tight space. Once we identified the leak, most plumbers stated they couldn't come out for days. CJ Plumbing was able to come out almost immediately and fix the problem despite the small space, I was worried they would have to cut into the drywall. I would highly recommend!

About as honest and straightforward as it gets.  Great guy and even better plumber!  He explained everything that was going to be done, was flexible around our schedule and most importantly fixed the issue we were having.  I'm glad to find a go to plumber we can depend on with fair and transparent pricing.

Responded promptly, identified and repaired  the issue with my tenant's water heater and the job was done within 3 hours of my first phone call. I called late in the afternoon and still got same-day service which was helpful because two plumbers cancelled on me and if someone didn't come that day, my tenant would have been without hot water for over 24hrs.

The best plumber you'll ever hire.  On time, trustworthy, etc.  Read the other reviews - they're all spot on.
